Established in 2006, daffodil*parker started out in "the little yellow brick building on the corner.” Only a few blocks off the Capitol square, our shop started as a retail and design space and segued into an appointment-only floral studio a few years later.

In April 2014, the d*p team was ready for an exciting change: moving a block away, to a fresh space with higher ceilings and more breathing room for our ever-ambitious floral dreams. We’ve called 544 W Washington Ave home ever since, and we’re proud to maintain a thriving small business and positive rapport with the vibrant downtown Madison community. In 2023, we jumped at the chance to expand again, taking over part of the neighboring building (formerly Iconi). This became our event consultation space, allowing us to use the full square footage at 544 W Wash as our design studio.

At daffodil*parker, we prioritize supporting local growers first, including designing with sustainably-grown blooms from our own flower farm just outside of Madison. We’re constantly pursuing new sustainable design practices in an effort to reduce our waste, including working with Curbside Composter, a local composting service.
